Bob resides in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle with his wife and real estate partner, Nicole Bailey, and their young German Short-haired Pointer, Meyer. Bob and Nicole have three kids; Juliana, McKenzie, and Elliot. Outside of real estate, Bob is an active advocate in the Seattle music scene and serves as vice-chair on the board of SMASH, an organization providing working musicians access to crucial healthcare. He has also dedicated hundreds of hours of recording studio time to enable emerging young musicians to produce their work.
