We were new to Seattle and were difficult clients in that we had some specific requirements but were open to a wide range of locations and home types and sizes. As a result, we ended up touring many dozens of homes before finally finding what we wanted. Throughout all of this, Nicole remained patient, accommodating, responsive, and tireless as she drove us all over town to explore listings in neighborhoods from Federal Way to Everett and homes from 5 BR houses to 2 BR condos. Despite the many trips, she was always enthusiastic and never said no to our requests. In every home we visited, she demonstrated her keen eye for detail. She could walk into a home and immediately notice things (good and bad) that we would have easily missed. When we finally found the right home, she facilitated the closing process making it a painless breeze to negotiate a price we were happy with, get an expert inspection done quickly, and represent us smoothly to the escrow agent. She was knowledgeable about the frequently changing market and was always honest with us about expectations and reality in affording a home. She was very responsive to inquires and was on top of all the new listings in the areas of our liking. I think that the thing I really enjoyed about Nicole was how personable she was throughout the entire process. It is obvious she loves what she does and she is very good at it. Nicole went above and beyond in our house buying situation. She wrote a letter to the owner including important details and accomplishments she had learned about us. I honestly feel if she had not taken the time and thought put into that letter, my partner and I would not be living in our new home. Also of note, is that we were first time home buyers and really did not know a great deal about the buying or searching process. Nicole was very patient at explaining and making sure we understood and were always comfortable with what was going on. Ultimately, with her expertise, she helped us find a house and encouraged us to come in under asking with an inspection contingency, despite the normally crazy market, and after a little negotiating that she facilitated, our offer was accepted. She was again patient and helpful in the month of waiting with all the paperwork and getting us access to the home before closing so we could get bids for various work. She has contacts and suggestions for many different types of work around the house, which was a great place to start. It wasn't the house we came into the process expecting to get, but we love it and wouldn't have found it without Nicole!"
